Introducing the JPM Chuck Roll Yakiniku cuts for all your Japanese grilling needs. Yakiniku is actually comprised of two Japanese words. "Yaki" means grilling and "niku" means meat. The traditional Japanese way of cooking yakiniku is by having a small grilling pan over golden coals, while doing all the cooking on top of a special table. Because of this, the meat should be tenderly thin so it will not take such a long time to be cooked.
