Our Procedure

JPM guarantees that every kilo of beef delivered to customers are only of the finest quality. We have our own highly-maintained farm wherein cattle are tended to perfection. We also make sure that our factories are manned only by experts who can use cutting-edge equipment for wagyu processing. But for JPM, high quality doesn't mean high price. In JPM, we offer economical Japanese beef, without sacrificing the quality that has been associated with the word "wagyu" over the years.














Japanese Wagyu Facts


The only diet revealed, Japanese Black Wagyu cattle is fed only good quality grain (corn and rice straw) and raised with meticulous care. Some farmers could probably treat these cows like their pets!

The “A” in A5 is the yield score indicator. This is classified into three grades (A-C) that determines the amount of cut of meat obtained from single head of cattle.

Wagyu Beef of Japan is known as the most highly marbled beef produced in the world. With its consistency in flavor, juiciness and tenderness, this meat became the world’s best Japanese beef with an A5 grade.

Why so pricey? Rumor has it that they drink beer, get sake massage and listen to classical music to get the perfect fat marbling. The Japanese cattle raisers are so secretive that only few know the routine diet of these cows.
